Finance securitization of receivables closed on
May 1998.

was choosen by Petrozuata, a joint venture between
Conoco and Petróleos de Venezuela, in the financing
of an extra heavy crude oil project in Venezuela
which involved both bank debt and bond facilities.
After the financing it has continued counseling
the company in all the aspects of the development
of its project, which includes the construction
of a 200 kilometers dual pipeline.
